CNH Industrial is looking for a Facilities Engineer.

Facilities Engineer:

We are currently seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team in New Holland, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and performing specialized facilities engineering work. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to, activities related to maintenance, repair and modification of equipment controls / communications, electrical/electronic systems, or mechanical devices and equipment.

 

Repsonsibilities include:

Be an active member of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) - PM (Preventative Maintenance) and Environmental/Energy Pillars

Repsonsible to prioritize and execute facilities maintenance activities on daily basis

Responsible and accountable to meet the maintenance budgets on monthly basis

Perform continual on-site inspection of facilities

Prepares and administers contracts for specialized facilities maintenance work

Oversee and perform engineering project management work to include preparing budgets for facilities maintenance projects/machine relocations/machine removals, overseeing project execution, resolving complex work problems, preparing progess reports, and reviewing invoices and authorizing payments

Responsible for design, develop, plan, and execute facilities related capital and expense projects

Supports preventative maintenance pillar projects

Works closely with the facilities Safetly and Environmental gorups to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Manage Outside Contractor Management Program and other Facilities Related Regulations

Reviews and makes decisions on engineering project plans prepared by outside consultants for conformance to CNH standards and specifications; prepares a variety of technical facilities engineering reports and analyses for presentation to management

Develops standard operation procedures for facilities preventitive maintenance programs

Works with Enviornmental Engineer to reduce energy cost

Maintain layout for the plant

Reviews the operations of the manufacturing site, to identify deficiencies in equipment and processes and makes recommendations to improve productivity and lower costs

 

The qualified candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Industrial or Environmental degrees may also be considered

A minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project are required

AutoCAD experience is a must

Knowledge and experience with current technology, codes, and laws applicable to facilities engineering, construction, and maintenance to include OSHA, EPA, DHEC, ICC, NEC, and NFPA

Hands on experience/knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (World Class Manufacturing) Principles, especially related ot preventative maintenance
