Program Details:

Please join us for the January 2017 IFMA Central PA program in “America’s Coolest Small Town” – Lititz PA! Hosted by Haller Enterprises, the program will focus on R-22 refrigerant phase-out in the HVAC industry and its affect on FM budgets in the very near future. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final phasedown schedule of the primary refrigerant hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC)-22 utilized in most existing HVAC equipment. With this increasingly limited supply of R-22, the costs for repairs will continue to climb. Hear from industry experts on this topic, to keep your short and long term budget plans in line. Speakers are Kurt Meckley FMP (Haller) and Kevin Lownsbery (HVAC Distributors).

Brick Gables is a unique venue, ideal for various events – Rustic elegance in an attractive barn setting. The restored barn is home to Brick Gables, Zig’s Bakery & Café, and Country Home Catering. This location is around the corner from Rock Lititz Campus, (a must see!) one of a kind epicenter for the Music Tour industry. The burgeoning campus is in the midst of becoming the “Hollywood” of the music industry.
