We all hear that we “need” to be sending newsletters and posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.  Before we decide WHAT we are going to write and post, we first need to decide WHY we want to engage through newsletters and social media and HOW it will be an effective and efficient part of our marketing strategy to drive the results and outcomes we desire. 

         What value does your product or service bring customers and clients? 

  • How are you satisfying their needs, solving their problems, increasing their productivity and revenue? 
  • How are you creating a WIN WIN and addressing your customers’ and clients’ WIIFM (“What’s In It For Me?”). 

During this program, we will explore strategies for FM’s to share value and create urgency while engaging with customers and clients through Educational Marketing.  Through hands-on activities, participants will develop ideas and create action steps to immediately embed value within their everyday marketing.

Please join us as Doug Ferguson, Phoenix Contact – Vice President, Americas Operations Services will lead an optional tour of CHP system and Solar Charging Systems.


Lisa L. Heintzelman, M.Ed. is the President of Illuminations Consulting, founded in April 2000.   She is an expert facilitator with a focus on achieving success through lifelong learning and continuous quality improvement.

 After graduating on the Dean’s list from Harrisburg Area Community College in Early Childhood Education, Cum Laude from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, Lisa obtained her Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Temple University.   

 In 1999 Lisa was named Sallie Mae’s First Class Teacher of the Year for the state of Pennsylvania.   She has been on the adjunct faculty of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Elizabethtown College, Harrisburg Area Community College, and Penn State University.

 Lisa celebrates her passion of being a business success consultant with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, facilitating workshops and success processes, while coaching individuals and teams to ultimately Optimize Your SUCCESS!
