Vision Resources of Central Pennsylvania (VROCP) is a private, 501c(3) non-profit organization that works to provide opportunities to help individuals who are blind or visually impaired to flourish within and enrich our communities.   VROCP offers employment opportunities and job skill training for individuals who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise disabled.


Creative revenue stream mixture is utilized to fulfill the VROCP mission.   Components we will examine include:

  • Self-sustaining business model
  • Innovation
  • Repurposing
  • Employment of people with disabilities
  • Partnerships
  • Staff wearing multiple hats
