Program Summary: So often we look up, way up, and think, I’m never going make it.  Whether we are contemplating our personal goals, our professional goals, or seeing what other people are accomplishing, those feelings of frustration or self-doubt often arise by what appears to be a massive climb to get to where we want to go. Compounded by societal pressures, we often fail to see that it really only takes one step to get started, and another step after that. We will address the key elements that will enable you to make your ‘climb’ to reach your goals.

Speaker Bio: Saleswoman, corporate sales trainer, spin instructor, public speaker, rock-climber, big-dog lover - no matter what role she plays, Deb Ellenberg is passionate about helping others to uncover the rock-star qualities and awesomeness within. Vice President of Business Development at Sandler Training in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Deb helps sales teams struggling to close more deals, exceed revenue targets and discover the art and joy of the sales profession.

An avid rock climber, Deb shares climbing-inspired tips for selling success on LinkedIn entitled, "The Sales Climb". She has been a featured speaker for Events by EyeCandy's "Women  Be Extraordinary Conference", Society for Marketing Professional Services, Partnership Alliance Network, and for Hershey Entertainment & Resort's Business Side of Sports program. Deb is a certified spinning instructor and curious traveler, often choosing climbing, hiking and biking vacations in the US and Europe. She is passionate about rescuing dogs, but will tell you candidly, she's not sure who rescues who. She visits the neighbors and walks the trails daily with her own pups, Max, the Newfie, and Nanook, the St. Bernard.
