Lauren Leipziger, MBA, FMP, has worked in facility management since 2006, most recently as the concession services business specialist for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. In this role, she is responsible for daily inspections of seven service plazas, working to ensure lease and regulatory compliance. In addition, Lauren’s position includes preparing system change requests for service plaza signage, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring the accuracy of the PTC website. As an active member of IFMA’s Central PA chapter, Lauren Leipziger is looking to expand her presence and is seeking the 1st Vice President position on the Exectutive Board. Currently, Lauren is active on the Credentials Committee, having obtained her FMP in 2016.

I am a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Graduated from Juniata College with a BS in Biology, and have also earned an M.Ed. from Millersville University. This spring will be my 20th year in the industry.

I am active in many organizations in the area, including an officer in LeTip, the Alliance Partnership and Hershey Boys Basketball Booster Club. I am a member of various professional (Building Contractors International and ISSA) and fraternal organizations such as the Elks and the Mechanicsburg Club

My interested include sports, the outdoors politics and history.  I also coach football at Bishop McDevitt High School

I am interested in the 1st Vice President Position because I want more involved in the chapter.  I think that I would bring enthusiasm, imagination and energy to the position and the board. I am one who believes that if you want to have input, you should get involved and not stand on the sideline and “armchair” quarterback

Leading up to this point, I have been an active member of IFMA CPA for 8 years.   I have served on the Executive Board as Vice President, President and Past President.   I have also served on several committees such as Membership, Publicity and currently co-chair the Sustainability committee.  

I have strong management skills that I feel will help me to perform well in the position of Secretary.   Secretaries need to have sharp interpersonal skills, time management skills and a high skill in organization.  Being part of the Executive Board in the past, I am aware of how the meetings work, the different tasks that are performed by the present Secretary and the amount of responsibility that goes into making IFMA of Central PA a success!   I am willing to assist the other Executive Board Members, Committee Members, Professional Members and Associate Members in anything they need me to do that will benefit IFMA.   I hope you have the confidence in my leadership skills and I look forward to becoming part of the Executive Board in June.

Rob McFadden, CFM, currently serves as Director of Maintenance for the Long Community at Highland.  The Long Community at Highland is part of Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL), a not for profit, Christian based organization, providing retirement and senior care services.  Rob also serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Presbyterian Senior Living for stewardship and sustainability, risk management for multi-story senior living apartments, CMMS, and part of the support team for the PSL policy and procedures manual.

Before working for PSL, Rob served 8 years as the Operations Manager for Royal Farms Arena, a 14,000 seat arena venue in Baltimore, MD.

Rob has been a member of IFMA Central PA since 2015 and is eager to assist the chapter in growth initiatives.

On a community level, Rob sits on the Board of Directors for the Manheim Township Community Life Task Force and assists with The Long Home Gala and Taste and Tour events.  Rob is also a member of USGBC Central PA, Lancaster County CCRC and Lancaster County Association of Landlords.
