Jolene Fink, FMP
Jolene Fink, FMP
Facilities Project Manager

Jolene is PHEAA’s only Facilities Project Manager. She oversees all major construction projects, space planning activities, and most recently she now manages the Agency’s Maintenance team.

Jolene has been with PHEAA for over 22 years, 12 of those years were spent in IT in various roles.   In 2006 Jolene was working in the IT Project Management Office and was tasked with relocating one of the Agency’s   call centers to a new office as PHEAA was running out of space at their Headquarters building.   That project hadn’t even been completed when Jolene was approached and asked to join the Facilities team.   Jolene earned her FMP in January of 2014, and was recognized as the Facility Manager of the Year in 2015 by the Central PA Chapter of IFMA.

Jolene has completed several million dollars’ worth of construction; fit out and opened new offices in Chester and Pittsburgh, PA; redeveloped over 200,000 square feet of occupied space in the Headquarters facility; replaced a 70,000 sq. ft. roof on our six-story Headquarters building; demolished and imploded a six-story building to make way for parking; enclosed the catwalks connecting the Headquarters building to our parking garage; administered all move/add/change activity for the Agency; and has just commenced work on relocating a remote office.

Jolene loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband and her two boys.   If she’s not at home she can be found camping with her family and their two dogs or at the ball field cheering loudly from the stands for her boys.

Why do I want to serve as President on the Central PA Chapter IFMA board?

I believe you get what you give.   I’ve been part of this organization for 10 years and this is my way of giving back to those who were there for me over the years in leadership positions.   To me, the IFMA organization is like a tool that Facility Managers can’t be without.
